Let's rise up by lifting one another up.
Be well to teach well.

Relationships are essential for learning and growing.

We believe in the power of relationships- one's relationships with his or her own body, mind and spirit as well as relationships among teachers and between teachers and students.

Emotional wellbeing is inextricably linked to physical wellbeing. Movement heals bodies and minds.

We believe resilient teachers nurture resilient youth.
