Be well to teach well. Relationships are essential for learning and growing. We believe in the power of relationships- one's relationships with his or her own body, mind and spirit as well as relationships among teachers and between teachers and students. Emotional well-being is inextricably linked to physical wellbeing. Movement heals bodies and minds. We believe resilient teachers nurture resilient youth. |
